What is Acupressure?
Acupressure uses finger pressure on the same acupuncture points of the body that fall along our meridians energy channels. Activating these meridian points with pressure improves circulation, relieves tension, and helps to unblock Qi.
Certain points on our bodies are connected to energy pathways that carry and transmit Qi and Blood. By using pressure to stimulate these points, a practitioner can trigger an endorphin release that blocks pain and increases the flow of blood and oxygen to an area. As this happens, your muscles will relax and heal, and painful sensations can be blocked on their track from the spinal cord to the brain.
What is Aroma Acupoint Therapy?
Aroma Acupoint Therapy combines acupressure with specific essential oils on acupuncture points. This technique has the added therapeutic effect of the energetic and chemical message within the essential oil. Essential oils are known for their special impact on the emotional body.
Using both acupressure and essential oils allows us to access your mind, body and spirit at the same time. As your energy flows freely through your body’s meridians, you’ll experience relaxation and an overall sense of wellbeing.
What is Neuro Emotional Technique?
Neuro Emotional Technique or NET is a modality that allows us to release emotions (bio-chemical precesses) that have become trapped within our body. These can lead to chronic stress, anxiety, and pain conditions, as well as more severe conditions such as heart disease and cancer. Your emotions have a natural cycle they go through. Much like inflammation they can generally be moved through and processed in a fairly short period of time when they are acknowledged and honored.
However we tend to suppress, avoid, deny and create stories around our emotional experiences. This interferes with their natural cycle and causes them to become trapped. NET helps you to identify the meridian that has been impacted by the emotion and the specific emotion involved. It allows you a pathway for that emotion to be released.
NET is not talk therapy but it can help you to quickly get to the root of difficult experiences and pinpoint quickly where it is you can let go. Once you release an emotion it can free you to have a deeper more easeful relationship with yourself and others!

What is Cupping Massage?
Cupping is one of the most useful tools you can use to heal your body and open your flow of energy. It works by using glass jars to create a partial vacuum on the skin. The suction helps to create localized congestion and to open and facilitate the flow of energy along your body’s meridians. This flow relieves the issues created by stagnation.
Deep cupping can also help your body release toxins, clear colon blockages, and activate your lymphatic system. Your veins, arteries, and capillaries will also be stimulated, and you’ll likely see an improvement in your skin as well. Athletes especially like the effects of cupping sessions because they relieve stiffness and can also help heal muscle strains and injuries.
Having a Cupping Massage session feels a lot like getting a deep tissue massage. It is completely safe and can be used on the neck, shoulders, back, sacral area, hips, abdomen, thighs, upper arms, calves, and even the forehead and soles of the feet, depending on the condition. Most clients describe the whole experience as being relaxing and warm.
You might experience a change in skin color where the cups are applied, especially if your body has energetic blocks that are treated. This discoloration can be purple, red, or blue, and can last a few days or even a couple of weeks – but it typically does not hurt at all.
What Is Meditation?
Meditation is one of the oldest mind-body health boosting practices known to humans. People have been meditating in one form or another for thousands of years, all over the world, from every walk of life and religion, too.
The goal of meditation is to redirect your full conscious attention away from the ruckus going on in your head to the breath, which always brings us into the present moment.
Meditation is powerful and can feel wonderful- ranging from rather regimented practices all the way to a few stolen moments of peace and quiet grabbed on the fly. Meditating even just 15 minutes a day can work wonders for giving your body’s sympathetic (fight or flight) response a break from the hectic pace of life.
Meditation pairs nicely with many other Holistic Medicine practices. In Acupuncture, for example, you would use your breath to follow and experience the opening and movement of Qi within your channels and chakras during a session.
What Are Essential Oils?
Aromatherapy uses essential oils extracted from every part of certain plants, flowers, roots, and bark. Even just inhaling the scent of these oils can stimulate brain function and bring about feelings of relaxation and comfort. Essential oils work so well on the mental, emotional body because they leverage the power of our sense of smell to impact the limbic system.
These natural oils are easily absorbed through the skin so they can travel through our bloodstream. Clinically proven to help fight infections while supporting a healthy immune system, many people use them to guard against a host of infectious diseases. It’s certainly not a cure, but essential oils can be surprisingly effective as a support for people who are suffering from major illnesses.
Using the right oils in the best way is part science and part intuition, and you’ll love the way they make you feel. Acupuncture and essential oils go hand in hand. The oils can be dabbed on the points before needles are inserted, and both modalities will support each other to increase the overall effectiveness of both.

Let's Work Together“I have been coming to see Dr. Aiden for a year now. Our work together has been super awesome and has helped me in a lot of ways. When I first came to him, we worked on my stress around work and business, and I started feeling the results right away. Over the months that I have been seeing Aiden, I always look forward to coming! I feel like Aiden creates a safe space for me to relax, speak my mind, and my body feels so light when I leave. I have recommended a few people to come and get it taken care of by Aiden, and they all have also enjoyed his care as well. He approaches health in a very holistic way, addressing any lifestyle imbalances, stress, nutritional imbalances, as well as acupuncture on the physical side. I just feel like Aiden is so much more than an acupuncturist and is able to make a profound impact in peoples lives since he comes from such an open mind.”
"Beyond grateful for the rapid healing Aiden has been providing. I was a mess when I came in and was in serious back and neck pain. After the first visit, I felt so much better.
With each session, I am getting better and better. He knows his stuff and I cannot recommend him enough!"
“Aiden is truly gifted with the ability to understand his patients’s underlying issues and immediately apply a healing strategy. I appreciate his approach to acupuncture – he explains what he is treating and how the treatment will aid the body’s natural healing process. Combining acupuncture with NET, I have made more progress toward my goals in a few months compared to years with multiple practitioners. I recommend him to anyone who is ready for healing!”
"I first saw Aiden because I was on day 6 of a migraine and nothing was helping the pain. After that first visit my migraine that was at an 8 out of 10 when I arrived was at a 3 when I left.
I have continues to see Aiden regularly over the last 8 weeks and my migraines went from 3-4 times a month and lasting 4-6 days to 1 time and lasted 2 days. He has also helped me with emotional stuff, back pain, menstrual cramps and more.
I highly recommend Aiden if you are looking for acupuncture, cupping, holistic healing. He is kind, really listens and is very helpful across the board."
